Payment Policy

The following payments are accepted by TRIBURBAN:

PAYPAL
CREDIT CARDS

Items paid will Paypal ship within 3 days of payment confirmed on Paypal's website. Items paid with Money order/personal checks will be shipped within 3 days of check clearing my bank account. IF no check or Money order is received within 7 business days of purchase, the purchase will be cancelled and the item(s) will be put back for sale.

Shipping Policy

All jewelry is shipped with USPS First Class Mail within the U.S. I will ship to the address you have listed in Paypal unless you include a note stating a different one. I do not include a packing slip with my packages unless requested, Paypal emails you a receipt that you may print for your records.

All items come with delivery confirmation.

Refund Policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your Intertwyned purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your item, I will issue a refund or exchange any item as long as you have adhered to the following:

* You convo within 5 days of receiving your item letting me know that you intend to return it in exchange for a refund or exchange.

* Any item(s) being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and returned back to Triburban within 14 days.

* Issuance of a refund or exchange does not include any shipping charges, unless it was due to Triburban's error.

* IMPORTANT: Any item(s) you return MUST be insured or a refund or an exchange will not be issued. No exceptions!

* Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds/Exchanges will not be issued for uninsured packages. No exceptions!
